Over the past few months I have rekindled my love of comic books and after taking a long hiatus from drawing, found it would be a good time to get back into it.

Ive never really had much practice with the typical styles of Marvel, Image, DC etc so I figured id try out some stuff, learn the techniques and get some critiques from DA. When I feel Ive done an original peice good enough, ill throw it up here too.

And so it begins! Ive just uploaded a drawing of Captain Marvel ive been doing in work, not my design but loved the Macfarlane darkness to it, and its hatching and shading devices. Check it out, crits are more than welcome.

In personal news:

Just bought Gears 2. Unfortunately the in-laws are staying so a few days to go before I can get a proper play. Guess I'll have to draw or something...
